Getting to the RV Show: Travel And Visa Information

Please use the links below to determine whether you will need a visa to enter the United States. If so, we suggest you register as early as possible to allow time for the visa application process.

The U.S. Bureau of Consular Affairs website offers the most current requirements for travel to the United States, including:


Invitation Letters  

To request an official letter of invitation, please send an email to Mr. Edward Han at ehan@rvia.org and include the following information:

  • full name
  • date of birth
  • company and position
  • passport number
  • arrival and departure dates

This letter will state that all travel expenses for the trip to our RV show will be paid by you, the individual, or by your sponsoring company.


Traveling to Louisville, Kentucky

Arriving by Air

As a regional hub, the Louisville International Airport (SDF) offers convenient connections to a multitude of cities.
