Q: When and where is the National RV Trade Show taking place?

Q:
How do I register?

A: Pre-show and online registration has closed, but you can still register at the show. Onsite registration will be open Monday, November 30, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please sure be sure to bring proper ID to check in.


Q: How much does registration cost?

A: Registration fees differ according to the type of attendee you are. Registration is complimentary for RV Dealers, Accessory Parts Store Reps, Campground & Member Manufacturer’s Reps or Guests (Government Officials, Trade Associations, Press).

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: Those registering online can pay with credit card and RVIA accepts VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
If you are registering via the printed PDF, you must pay with check only.

Q: Is there a pre-registration deadline?

A: The deadline for online and pre-show registration submissions via the PDF form was November 23, 2015.

Q: How do I pick up my badge?

A: New this year! Pre-registered attendees can take advantage of the “scan-n-go” check-in system and pick up badges on site at XPRESS Check-In Stations. There will not be any badges mailed pre-show.

Upon completion of your registration, an email will be sent to you with your unique QR code. There are 3 simple ways to check-in at the XPRESS Check-In Stations:

  • Print your confirmation email with the QR code and bring it with you to the station
  • Use any mobile device to scan the QR code located in your confirmation email
  • Do a search for your name at the station

To avoid long lines, we highly recommend checking in prior to opening day of the show. The XPRESS Check-In Stations are located in the West Hall Lobby.


Q: How should non-exhibiting suppliers or RV manufacturers register?

A: Non-exhibiting supplier or RV manufacturing companies will need to the required forms (attendee registration, Non-Solicitation Agreement) and return them to RVIA with the appropriate payment at the  main registration desk located in the West Hall Lobby of the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC).


Q: Can I attend as a representative of a financial investment company?

A: RVIA will provide a limited number of complimentary passes for financial investment companies researching the industry at the 2015 show. There is no registration fee for the first 10 attendees who register. After the first 10, attendees can pay the $200 per person attendance fee. All attendees are required to complete the Non-Solicitation Agreement and return it with your registration forms.


Q: How do I register as an international attendee?

A: RV Dealers from outside the U.S. will not be charged a registration fee. All non-exhibiting caravan/RV manufacturers or companies who supply OEM equipment, aftermarket products and services are required to pay a registration fee of $200 USD per person.
Before you register, we suggest that you contact the U.S. Commercial Service Office at the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate and ask whether the trade specialist for the recreation vehicle industry is organizing an official trade delegation to come to the show.


Q: How do I request a Letter of Invitation for my U.S. travel visa application?

A: Please email Dianne Dunleavy, Executive Assistant to the President at ddunleavy@rvia.org and include the following information for each person: full name, date of birth, company, position, passport number, and arrival and departure dates.


Q: Are there official hotels for the show?

A: Yes, RVIA has arranged for special rates at certain hotels through the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau, which handles all housing requests. Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:

Q: Are there any special deals for car rentals?

A: Yes, show attendees can take advantage of discounted rates from Enterprise. Reserve online or or call 1-800-736-8222. Provide the discount account #: 58B3833 and PIN: RVI.


Q: Is there parking at the show?

A: Yes, and parking is free during show hours. Shuttle buses will be available to take you to and from the main registration area.


Q: Can I park my RV overnight at the Kentucky Exposition Center?

A: Yes, a limited number of overnight camping spaces are available to be reserved on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a parking space for your RV, please contact the KEC Parking Admissions at 502-367-5380.

Q: What is the nearest airport?

A: The nearest airport to the Kentucky Exposition Center—located across the street, in fact!—is the Louisville International Airport (SDF), and it is the low-fare airport for the region.

Q: Whom do I contact about renting a scooter or wheelchair at the Kentucky Exposition Center?

Q: Are there ATMs at the KEC?

A: Yes, there are ATMs located inside South Wing (Hall 1A), First Floor Arena Concourse (Hall 8A), and outside West Wing Hall Lobby (Hall 4A).


Q: Is there food service at the KEC?

A: Concession Stands are located throughout the KEC and open during show hours. There will be additional food options in South Wing Lobby C this year.

Q: Is smoking allowed anywhere at the event?

A: The Kentucky Exposition Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside only.
