Tuesday, November 29: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm (Exhibit hours 9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
Wednesday, November 30: 9:00 am – 7:30 pm (Exhibit hours 9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
Thursday, December 1: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (Exhibit hours 9:00 am – 1:00pm)

How do I register?

Pre-show registration deadline was November 21, 2016. Please register onsite at the Kentucky Exposition Center (West Hall Lobby) in Louisville, KY.

How much does registration cost?

Registration fees differ according to the type of attendee you are. Registration is complimentary for RV Dealers, Accessory Parts Store/Repair shop Reps, Campground operators, or Guests (Government Officials, Trade Associations, and Press).

Registration Fees:

  • FREE – RV Dealers, Accessory Parts/Repair Shop, Camping Store, Campgrounds
  • FREE – Guest (Government Officials, Trade Associations, Press)


  • $300 (onsite) per person – Non-Exhibiting Member in Associate Category
  • $200 (onsite) – Non-Exhibiting Member in Manufacturer, Supplier (including Warehouse Distributor), Manufacturer’s Rep or Finance Category


  • $125 (preshow/onsite) per person – Prospective Dealers
  • $300 (onsite) – Non-Exhibiting Non-RVIA member

Can I pay by credit card?

RVIA accepts VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Is there a registration deadline?

Pre-show registration deadline was November 21, 2016. Please register onsite at the Kentucky Exposition Center (West Hall Lobby) in Louisville, KY.

How do I pick up my badge?

Pre-registered attendees can take advantage of the “scan-n-go” check-in system and pick up badges on site at the XPRESS Check-In Stations. There will not be any badges mailed.

There are 3 simple ways to check-in at the XPRESS Check-In Stations:

  1. Print your confirmation email with the QR code and bring it with you to the station
  2. Use any mobile device to scan the QR code located in your confirmation email
  3. Do a search for your name at the station

To avoid long lines, we highly recommend checking in prior to opening day of the show. The XPRESS Check-In Stations are located in the West Hall Lobby.

How should non-exhibiting suppliers or RV manufacturers register?

For onsite registration, the registration form must be completed and returned to RVIA with the appropriate payment at the main registration desk—located in the West Hall Lobby of the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC).

Can I attend as a representative of a financial investment company?

RVIA will provide a limited number of complimentary passes for financial investment companies researching the industry at the 2016 show. There is no registration fee for the first 10 attendees who register. After the first 10, attendees can pay the $300 USD (onsite) per person attendance fee. As a non-exhibiting service provider, the Non-Solicitation Agreement box on the registration form must be checked.

What is the registration fee for an international attendee?

RV Dealers from outside the U.S. will not be charged a registration fee. All international non-exhibiting caravan/RV manufacturers or companies who supply OEM equipment, aftermarket products and services are required to pay a registration fee of $300 USD (onsite) per person.

Before you register, we suggest that you contact the U.S. Commercial Service Office at the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate and ask whether the trade specialist for the recreation vehicle industry is organizing an official trade delegation to come to the show.

How do I request a Letter of Invitation for my U.S. travel visa application?

Please email Edward Han, Director of Asian Affairs, and include the following information for each person: full name, date of birth, company, position, passport number, and arrival and departure dates.

Are there official hotels for the show?

Yes, RVIA has arranged for special rates at certain hotels through the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau, which handles all housing requests. Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:

Are there any special deals for car rentals?

Yes, show attendees can take advantage of discounted rates from Enterprise.

Is there parking at the show?

Yes, and parking is free during show hours. Shuttle buses will be available to take you to and from the main registration area.

Can I park my RV overnight at the Kentucky Exposition Center?

Yes, a limited number of overnight camping spaces are available to be reserved on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a parking space for your RV, please contact the KEC Parking Admissions at 502-367-5380.

Are there ATMs at the KEC?

Yes, there are ATMs located inside South Wing Lobby B (Hall 1A), First Floor Arena Concourse (Hall 8A), and outside West Wing Hall Lobby (Hall 4A).

Is there food service at the KEC?

Concession Stands and various food options will be located throughout the KEC and open during show hours.

The Kentucky Exposition Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside only.
